Having toast at lunchtime like a true
Brit! Though you can get even britter
if you have a toast sandwhich, (a slice
of toast between two buttered pieces
of bread, yeah, I am a culinary expert,
strong on stroganoff, light on lasagna,
beef to the maximum,
I could be some kind of kitchen!)
But no, I like my toast dry!
Occasions call for cheese, the special
times, but today is regular day!
A day of normalcy where I am simply
working and dreaming.
Day dreaming, naturally, for sleeping
throughout the workday is only allowed
if I were a C suite exec.
I am more like WS, working stiff, who
shall continue to strive for
career and paycheque, while secretly
hoping for this to blossom to
redwood proportions.
