though by Jove you wish there
was one little trick,
one swift action
that authors
do not want you to know.
This process takes time
and
the results speak for themself,
or do they?
I am critiquing,
peering
like an overly miserable patrician
who stares at his wards with
expectant disappointment.
My nose downturned,
my eyebrow raised up,
I am displeased
and uncertain.
Am I being overly harsh?
Or perhaps rightly judgemental?
