What if the Titanic had been made out of kilts?
I know, I know,
you are thinking
“…what?”
But I am thinking elsewhere,
for kilts are cold in Wintry times,
and icebergs are solid masses of chillness,
and so, would a kilt not wish
for warmer climes? Would that great ship
have avoided all of the Arctic
in a bid for heated seats?
I think it would!
I think the course would have taken
in tropical, allowing it to breathe
but not swelter,
and nary an iceberg in sight!
