A Pome a Day for a Year

I was writing something and then wiped it all,
this IS allowed in the rules.  
The rules are no editing, 
but deleting a whole whack pome is approved
by the board sanctioned state representative 
of the ‘Official Year Pome Committee’ 
(Members: 1.  Me.)

The pome was about storage.
Not personal box garages storage
(of which I have always wanted to own one,
and feel a part of some detective cold case.
My rented space is engorged to the brim with junk
I bought at a bric and brac shop,
and one such trinklet  
was a clue to some villainy, 
cracking it like Columbo.)

I am not a murderer in this dream, OK.

The storage was bytes 
and I mused upon a 4TB drive
stuffed full of video footage.
Messily made moving pictures
assembled three times a week.

It really is wild that the hours of ‘gameplay’ I have
could fill 4096gb.  
Gigabytes.  
Not mega or kilo but giga.
That is too many bytes.
