Pass Thru

Transient the locale,
be you airport or hospital or train station
the end result remains.
You must be swift,
your remains brief, you are directed
to venture inside and outward til
they become specks on your horizon.
Liminal, you may say, if stuck within
these bustling thoroughfares,
our mini pockets of city like structure
and commerce.
Oh what, to reside forever?
Those who treat it a second home?
Do they become misplaced, adjunct
from normality in this split dimension?
I wish to be a part,
to play my role in continued function.
I seek the existence between
the gaps of livelihood,
where I may flourish like weeds before
me. A new domicile for avoidance.
