put into said recorders?
Remember going into carpeted stores,
like video rental shops,
with their comforting blue patterns
and screeching movie stands,
that little table of £2 stock clearance
where you might find a gem of a film,
possibly borrowed thirty thousand
times,
but nevertheless enjoyed
by all whom coveted it?
Remember taking time looking at
cool covers and funky blurbs,
often enticing you to rent
something rubbish
but even still,
even still…
A little bit of magic,
is lost.
