A Pome a Day for a Year

Bruce Wayne let Damien on his pc,
the special one in the cave,
and Damien searched for Roblox skins,
for free!
even though Bruce can
literally buy the internet,
and he grabbed a dodgy exe
and now there are weird worms
all over the monitor
and Damien is trying to hide it
and Alfred is tutting and shaking his head.

“Master Damien”, he says, frowned face
furrowed eyebrows, disappointed tone
“You need to use reputable sites,”
A chastisement, an admonishment,
but with love and care
for the wellbeing of his ward, knowing
that Bruce will be annoyed
at having to spend a few hours
virus wiping, when he had an
evening of tennis planned.
